Renaissance Art

In our Art lesson today, we looked at a number of pieces of Italian renaissance art; including Michelangelo’s famous frescoes. The children created a sketch in the Renaissance style. However, to give the children the chance to experience how it was commonly believed Michelangelo worked, they completed these upside down!

They all agreed that it was very challenging!

  1. Shis was great fun

  2. This was great fun drawing underneath the tables. 😀

  3. It was challenging and fun at the same time but at the end some of us felt a bit dizzy and it was hard for us to hold the pencil because it kept faling out our hand and hitting us on the head but overall it was a good experience.
