Wraparound Childcare
Wraparound Childcare Provision
Our Wraparound Childcare Provision is called Geckos. Hayward's and Leapfrogs (our neighbouring local nursery and pre-school) are working together to provide Wraparound Childcare provision for our families. We want to ensure that all families who need before and after-school provision (8am to 6pm) can access this.
Geckos will be based in Hayward's Owlery all year round, (except 2 weeks at Christmas). Drop-off and collection will be through the red Hayward's pedestrian entrance on East Street and through the brown door which is clearly signposted. Children will be delivered to and collected from their classes at the allocated school start and finish times.

After-School Clubs
We organise our after-school club provision with our PE provider Primary Sports. There is a club provided for children every evening, run by Mr Kelly. We also have teachers who supplement this provision by running additional clubs.
We aim, where possible, to provide these clubs free of charge. During the academic year 2024-2025, the following clubs are available for children:

In addition to these clubs, we have offered all EYFS children the chance to attend a sports club this term, clubs specifically aimed at Pupil Premium Children and Forest School clubs for invited pupils.
Following recent requests from families to increase the range of clubs available, we have included the following clubs:

- Art Club
These are run by external providers and have a cost attached to them.
